Who is the retreat for?

If you are a female and ready to take your business to the next level. Might be feeling overwhelmed/no time to plan/have good intentions but never seem to get round to making it happen. 

Or you may have just started a business and need support to plan how you can grow and become established whilst raising their visibility.

Or maybe you have a high powered career and feel a bit stuck as to where you want to go next.

Or you are coming up to retirement and want a plan for what to do next. Perhaps starting your own side hustle, pursuing a long held dream or helping your family achieve their dreams.

It could be that you have a business that is thriving but feel like they have no work life balance and your own life and happiness takes a back seat.

 

Can I bring a friend or business colleague with me?
Yes you can, sometimes it is beneficial to plan alongside someone else who know you and your business but if you come alone don’t worry you will be making new friends very quickly. 

On previous retreats many women found they made new friends for life. 

Will I get the chance to meet people before the retreat?
Yes, we will be hosting a pre retreat session online so when you arrive you will recognise people and know a little bit about them. 

This session will also enable Judith and I to find out what you would like to achieve by the end of the retreat and that way we can tailor the content of the sessions to make sure everyone reaches the outcomes they desire. 

What will we be doing on the retreat?
Having fun and feeling pampered while taking part in a range of training and activities to help you to create well formulated outcomes that you would like to achieve for your business.  

Create a 12 month plan for your business and/or your life.  

The training content will be tailored to meet the needs of the group but may well include topics such as social media, LinkedIn, business and life planning, presentation skills, delivering a perfect pitch to name but a few.  

There will be group work as well as the opportunity to work on your own business. There are also one to one sessions with Judith and myself where you get to draw on the wealth of experience we have between us to help you to turn your ideas into actionable steps. 

And we know that all work, and no play makes for a dull experience so you will have time for yourselves and the opportunity to take part in some guided meditation sessions and of course make full use of the spa and the amenities in the resort. 

What can I expect to have achieved by the end of the retreat?
Besides a sun tan, you mean. Incidentally the June temperature is normally 23 degrees! 

Clarity on where you and the business want to go in the future.

A 12 month plan and roadmap on how to get there. 

You will definitely feel more confident and relaxed than when you arrived! 

Will there be an opportunity to network and collaborate?
The short answer is yes, the longer answer is that there will be lots of opportunities to get to know your fellow’ retreaters.’ This will happen within the sessions and during breaks, over lunch and in the evenings. 
Will I have some free time to relax?
Yes, we have a leisurely hour and a half for lunch and finish at five each day. You also have the option of arriving before the retreat officially starts on the Tuesday and staying on for a couple of days after the retreat ends on Friday. 
When and where will the retreat be held?
The retreat itself lasts for 4 days Tuesday to Friday the 17th to the 20th June with the option to add on 2 days before and after…  15th – 22nd June. 

It is held in the beautiful, tranquil PortBlue Club Pollentia Resort & SPA in Alcudia in Mallorca.

Who will be running the retreat?
Myself and Judith Wright who between us have over 50 years experience working in Marketing, Branding and Social Media.  

We also both have a background in training and coaching. 

We have run multiple businesses ourselves and worked with thousands of businesses to help them to achieve their goals.

What is included in the cost of the retreat?
Your stay in the hotel in tropical surroundings with mountain views, which is all inclusive and if previous retreats are anything to go by the Cava consumption goes up during the stay! 

Each person has their own superior double room with ensuite bathroom

The 4 day retreat alongside relevant training materials. 

You have full use of the hotels many amenities including 90 minutes per day which you can book in the spa.

  • 1 adults-only buffet restaurant (breakfast & dinner) 
  • 1 à la carte grill restaurant 
  • 1 snack bar 
  • 2 bars (1 adults only) 
What do I need to pay for?
Just the cost of your flights and tranfers to the hotel and back to the airport the transfer takes 50 minutes. 

Any treatments you may choose to book in the spa.

Do I need to bring anything with me?
Your sense of humour and a willingness to participate fully in the experience. Oh and a laptop would be handy!! 
What are the payment options and dates for payment?
You can either pay in full when booking or pay in 3 instalments. 

Prices start from £2,400 depending on how long you choose to stay and which package you choose. 

We offer Gold, Platinum and VIP and details of the packages are in the retreat information package. 

Is there a refund or cancellation policy?
Yes, we have both, details of which will be sent out in the retreat information package.
