Carole and Judith have both run their own businesses for over 20 years, and having started, scaled and sold multiple businesses in that time, they know what it takes to start a business (so well done on getting where you are today – that is no mean feat!).
They also know what it takes to scale from being self employed to being a business owner – where the entire system doesn’t fall down without you and you are building an asset that can be passed down the generations or sold for its true value.

Can I bring a friend or business colleague with me?
The simple answer is yes you can. Sometimes it is beneficial to plan and work alongside someone who knows you and your business. If you are happy to room share you can both save £500 off the retreat price.
If you do come alone don’t worry you will get a chance to meet everyone via zoom before we meet in person on the retreat. On previous retreats many women found they made a new friend for life.
Will I get the chance to meet people before the retreat?
Yes, we will be hosting a zoom session pre retreat. This gives you all chance to find out a bit about each other and so you will recognise them when you meet in person.
It will also give Carole and Judith a chance to find out your aspirations for the retreat so we can tailor the content to meet your needs.
What will we be doing on the retreat?
Well, besides having fun and feeling pampered you will be taking part in a range of training and activities to facilitate your plan for the next 12 months.
The agenda for the retreat isn’t finalised as we will tailor it to the needs of the group but here’s a flavour of what we will be looking at.

There will be group work as well as time to work on your own business. In addition you will have a one to one session with Carole and Judith, where you will get the chance to draw on their wealth of knowledge and experience to turn your ideas into actionable steps.
And we know that all work and no play makes for a dull experience so you will have time for yourselves and have the opportunity to take part in some guided meditation sessions and of course make full use of the Spa.
What can I expect to have achieved by the end of the retreat?
Besides a sun tan, you mean. Incidentally the average daytime temperature in September is 26-29 degrees Celsius!

You will definitely feel more confident and relaxed than when you arrived!
Will there be an opportunity to network and collaborate?
The short answer is yes, the longer answer is that there will be lots of opportunities to get to know your fellow’ retreaters.’ This will happen within the sessions and during breaks, over lunch and in the evenings.
Will I have some free time to relax?
Yes, we have a leisurely hour and a half for lunch and finish at five each day. You also have the option of arriving before the retreat officially starts on the Tuesday and staying on for a couple of days after the retreat ends on Friday.
When and where will the retreat be held?
The retreat itself last four days Tuesday to Friday the 29th September to the 2nd October. If you want to spend a bit longer there just let us know at the time of booking. Carole and Judith will be there from Sunday 27th to Saturday the 3rd October.
It is held in the beautiful, tranquil PortBlue Club Pollentia Resort & SPA in Alcudia in Mallorca.
Who will be running the retreat?
Carole Fossey and Judith Wright who between them have over 50 years experience working in Marketing, Branding and Social Media. In addition to having extensive experience in Training, Coaching and Mentoring.
Thery have run multiple businesses themselves and have worked with thousands of businesses to achieve their goals.
What is included in the cost of the retreat?
Your stay in the hotel in tropical surroundings with mountain views, which is all inclusive and if previous retreats are anything to go by the Cava consumption goes up during the stay!
Each person has their own superior double room with ensuite bathroom

You have full use of the hotels many amenities including 90 minutes per day which you can book in the spa.

What do I need to pay for?
Just the cost of your flights and tranfers to the hotel and back to the airport the transfer takes 50 minutes.
Any treatments you may choose to book in the spa.
Do I need to bring anything with me?
Your sense of humour and a willingness to participate fully in the experience. Oh and a laptop would be handy!!
